Method
- Set your oven by setting it to 350°.
- Combine all of your dry ingredients and wet ingredients except for the cranberries in a large mixing bowl.
- Spread your ingredients evenly on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 30 minutes. Stirring every 5 minutes. This is to ensure the granola cooks evenly.
- Add cranberries at the last 5 minutes of baking.
- Remove the sheet pan from the oven and allow granola to cool completely before storing.
