Preheat your oven to 350°F (190°C). While it’s heating up, butter your baking dish. I recommend using an 8x8 inch pan, but if you want to make more rolls, go big with a 9x13.
Pour the heavy whipping cream over the rolls.
In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Once it’s melted and bubbly, toss in those peach slices. Stir in the brown sugar, vanilla cinnamon, and a pinch of nutmeg if you’re feeling fancy. Let everything simmer for about 5-7 minutes until the peaches are soft and the mixture is caramelized and smells like heaven.
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
While the rolls are still warm, drizzle them with the icing that comes in the cinnamon roll tube.
These peach cinnamon rolls are best enjoyed warm, fresh out of the oven.
