Ingredients Equipment Method

Ingredients

  • 1 Tube of Store Bought Cinnamon Rolls
  • 1 15 ounce Canned Peaches
  • 2 tablespoon Unsalted Butter
  • ¼ cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 pinch Nutmeg
  • ½ cup Heavy Whipping Cream

Equipment

  • 1 Medium size pot for simmering
  • 1 Baking Pan
  • Measuring cups
  • Measuring spoons

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (190°C). While it’s heating up, butter your baking dish. I recommend using an 8x8 inch pan, but if you want to make more rolls, go big with a 9x13.
  2. Pop open the cinnamon rolls and carefully separate the rolls while placing the cinnamon rolls in a large baking pan.
  3. Pour the heavy whipping cream over the rolls. Let this sit while you prepare your peaches.
  4. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Once it’s melted and bubbly, toss in the peach slices with the syrup.
  5.  Stir in the brown sugar,  vanilla, cinnamon, and a pinch of nutmeg.
  6. Let everything simmer for about 5-7 minutes until the peaches are soft and the mixture is caramelized
  7. Spoon a generous amount of the peach filling onto each roll, making sure to tuck some of the peaches into the rolls.
  8. Place the pan in the oven and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
  9. While the rolls are still warm, drizzle them with the icing that comes in the cinnamon roll tube.
  10. These peach cinnamon rolls are best enjoyed warm, fresh out of the oven.
