- 1. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, pumpkin puree, cinnamon and vanilla
- 2. Heat the skillet or griddle over medium heat
- 3. Dip each slice of bread in the pumpkin mixture, coating each side.
- 4. Melt a little butter on the skillet and cook the bread for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
- Serve warm and top with maple syrup and powdered sugar.
