Why I chose the Always Eat After 7 PM Book

Tackling my fitness goals is an on-going struggle for me, especially as a food influencer and blogger. My overall goal is to be healthy as well as to feel and look good in my clothes. I am a foodie and most of my socializing involves food so having a balanced lifestyle is important.

With Summer around the corner, this book could not have come at a better time. Over the next month, I’ll be sharing my experience with the book and its program.

How to get in the mindset to lose weight?

One thing that struck me about the book In the book, bestselling author, fitness expert, and nutritionist, addresses how important it is that we shift our mindset about weight loss and nutrition.  Joel talks about how the success of this program first begins with our belief that we can achieve our fitness goals. I really believe that weight loss is mostly mental. Going into this book, I told myself that sticking to this program was the only thing I needed to focus on. Nevermind, the number on the scale, just show up every day and trust the process.

I’ve always heard that you shouldn’t eat after a certain time if you are trying to lose weight. This book debunks the myths underlying traditional dieting and offers a simple, highly effective weight loss program.

Is it Healthy to Eat After 7 PM

I appreciated that Always Eat After 7 PM focuses on overall health and not just weight loss. While I want to look great in my clothes, I also want to be healthy and have the energy necessary to keep up with my little ones.

The author, talked about how the plan helped him lose weight as well as changed his overall health. He states, “At my next medical checkup, my doctor was shocked at how good my blood work had gotten, so quickly. And let’s not forget the most important part: for the first time in months, I had the energy to keep up with my little girls.”  Looking good and feeling good, well you can’t beat that. Those are #goals!
