Air Fryer vs Oven
I was on the fence about getting an air fryer. There was so much hype about them, but I really didn't want another appliance on our countertop. However, when I saw one on sale, I broke down and purchased it. So far I'm liking it. It's easy to clean and the food comes out crispy without all of the oil. I also like that I don't have to use my big oven, especially when the weather is hot. In addition, I find the air fryer cooks food faster than the traditional oven.WHAT IS THE BEST AIR FRYER?
There are a plethora of air fryers on the market now. Air fryers come in two general styles. The first is the basket style that closes like a drawer. This is the style I have. A second is a mini oven style (looks similar to a toaster oven) that has a window and opens like a traditional oven door. I've seen others that are a hybrid of an air fryer and an instapot, or some other appliance.Other Air Fryer Recipes to try:

If you don't have an air fryer or aren't ready to take the plunge, you can absolutely make these wings in your traditional oven or toaster oven. I would adjust the cooking time by cooking the wings for 45 minutes - 1 hour (depending on your oven) and flip the wings half-way between cooking. How to Make Crispy Air Fryer Chicken Wings
I wash my wings in lemon juice or white vinegar and rinse with cold water. After I rinse the wings I pat them thoroughly with paper towels to get all of the excess water out.
