    Green Tea Gimlet

Green tea gimlet is a great twist on a classic drink.

I’m a tea lover, I actually prefer tea over coffee, so when I figured out I could incorporate one of my favorite beverages into a cocktail —it was over!

This is the second tea infused cocktail I’m sharing with you. This green tea gimlet is layered with flavor. Even if you’re not a gin lover, this drink may have you reconsidering your stance on gin, at least it did for me.

I made this drink to celebrate the Lunar New year, but the color would be great for a St. Patty’s day dinner as well. Really, you don’t need an occasion to enjoy a great cocktail.
